Founded in 1986, Euro-Toques – for over 35 years – has been committed to safeguarding and promoting the quality and authenticity of food in Europe.

Born thanks to the initiative of chefs Paul Paul Bocuse and Pierre Romeyer, Euro-Toques International arrives in Italy thanks to Gualtiero Marchesi.

Currently, the association has 19 member countries, over 2,500 chefs.

Euro-Toques is the only association of chefs officially recognized by the European Commission, with which it works closely, actively participating in groups and committees on food and consumer health.

The current president of the Italian association is Enrico Derflingher, who created the Euro-Toques Italia International Award.
